Every Teazotic order is packed to order and shipped directly to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $50: $5.95 flat-rate standard shipping
- Orders of $50 or more: free standard shipping
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, delivery usually takes a few additional business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, particularly during busy holiday seasons. If you are buying a gift for a special date, we recommend ordering early.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when available.
Multiple items
Orders with several teas, including gift sets, may occasionally arrive in more than one package.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help if you contact us right away.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact us through our contact page and we will help resolve it.
